With over three decades in international education across Japan, Belgium, and Singapore, I bring a global perspective and a student-first mindset to every project.

As the founding Head of University Counselling at St. Joseph’s Institution International, Singapore I built a personalised programme from the ground up, growing a part-time role into a full-time team of four, and oversaw the university counselling and placement of over 2600 students. Alongside my school-based leadership, I co-founded and led the Global University Counsellor Connect (GUCC) conference and was honoured as International ACAC’s 2025 Member of the Year for service to the profession.

Based in Singapore, I now work with both individual students and schools worldwide, helping them move forward with focus and direction.

Whether supporting a school in designing a university counselling programme or supporting a student through future study decisions, I bring a calm, strategic, and empathetic presence to the work. Every student and every school is on a unique journey; my role is to help them navigate it with clarity and confidence.

Founder, SJI International Counselling Programme – Built from inception to a full-service department.

Founder & Co-Lead, GUCC (2015–2025) – One of Asia’s leading peer-led professional development events for school based university counsellors with 100 to 150 attendees every year.

Speaker & Faculty – Served as professional development faculty and presenter, mentor, and project manager for major conferences, including International ACAC Annual Conferences in the US and Canada, International ACAC Regional Institutes in South Korea and Vietnam, CIS-EARCOS conferences in Thailand, GUCC in Singapore, IBO Conference in Hong Kong.

Accreditation Leadership – Co-led WASC accreditation and advised on IB, CIS processes.
